Within Māori culture, lies solutions to many of the difficult challenges that face the world.
Together, we have developed The Mana Ora Framework - a framework that strengthens the connection between organisations and their people, no matter how many people there are. The framework shifts away from judgement and rather than being about ‘good’ vs ‘bad’ or ‘right’ vs ‘wrong’, it’s about listening generously to people’s states of being.
Te ara ki tua
The intent of a survey tool like Te ara ki tua should always be to capture understanding. In this case, we’re trying to create a more detailed view of staff confidence in Māori culture skills within your organisation.
Once armed with this knowledge, we would hope that you will support your teams to build up any gaps in their knowledge by undertaking relevant training or work with our consulting team who can help you to analyse and review your team’s survey results, and provide appropriate recommendations for a pathway forward.
